Therese Brammer the second of two twin girls born October 20, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois to James Bramlett of Chicago, IL and Minnie Ware of Evanston, IL and adopted by Isaac and Loree Chapman of Evanston, IL.

Therese attended the Evanston, IL district schools, where she graduated class of 1976 from Evanston Township High School. She later attended Northwestern University Training Program, Oakton Community College, Charis Bible College, and Joseph School of Business.

Therese would go on to work as an Administrative Assistant at AT&T and faithfully as a hospital operator at Glenbrook Hospital for almost 20 years.

Although Therese was raised in the church, she truly gave her life to Christ under Pastor Herbert Hoffman of Abundant Life Mission C.O.G.I.C. Therese affectionately known as Tee and later Sister Tee was a member of Faith Temple where she was called to work in ministry and bring souls to Christ during her time there.

Therese was married to Darron Brammer and from that union a son Darron Courtney Brammer II and daughter Angela Loree Brammer were born.

On Friday May 9, 2025, God welcomed Therese into his everlasting embrace. Her loving memory will forever be cherished by her two children Darron Courtney Brammer II (Sharlieka) of Waukegan, IL and Angela Loree Brammer of Evanston, IL. Her beloved sister Patricia Majors of Skokie, IL. Her seven loving grandchildren Imani Loree Hardin Brammer, Arianna Michelle Brammer, Darron Courtney Brammer III, Jadon Dominic Brammer, Orlando Kendale Brammer, Sanai Marie Brammer, and Layla Rose Brammer, her two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
