Duane Carzell Johnson , 51 of Lafayette passed away unexpectedly on February 16,2023 in Waukegan, IL He was born October 26,1971 in Evanston, IL to the late Donald Alvin and Lutherene Lee Davis Johnson, Sr. Duane worked at Lafayette Wire. He was a loving and devoted father who loved spending time with his family and family gatherings, he also loved music.

He is survived by by his wife Stacy D. Billingsley, eight children Alexis L. Johnson of Crawfordsville, Julius E. Billingsley of Lafayette, Jasmine R. Billingsley-Johnson of Lafayette, Janelle I. Billingsley-Johnson of Lafayette, Janeane A. Billingsley-Johnson of Lafayette, Justus C. Johnson of Lafayette, Jeremiah K. Johnson of Lafayette and Josiah T Johnson of Lafayette, and his grandchildren Rylin L Townsend and
Amoni K. Wise, also surviving are his brothers Donald A. Johnson Jr of Crawfordsville, Donell Johnson of Crawfordsville, DeVaughn Johnson of Lafayette and Dimitrios Johnson of Lafayette.

Friends may call from 11am to time of services at 2pm on Friday March 10,2023 in the funeral chapel at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Burial will follow in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
