January 21, 1992 – September 3, 2025

Delilah Octavia LaSean Booker , a radiant soul with a heart of pure gold, made her rebirth transition at the spiritually significant age of 33, which mirrors the sacred age of Christ's death and resurrection known as the "Christ Year" representing a powerful legacy symbol in Christianity of rebirth, divine purpose and a new era calling to motivate believers to fulfill their own divine purpose and calling. We are comforted by Christ's promise of the resurrection: "I am the resurrection and the life; thou who believes in me, though ye die, yet shall ye live, and whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?" Her life is an example to motivate all believers to fulfill their own divine purpose and calling. Her life is a divine gift from God to everyone who had the blessing of knowing her. We celebrate her as an anointed disciple of Christ—an anointed vessel who walked in love, faith, and compassion. We hold fast to the promise of
eternal life and the joy of resurrection in Christ Jesus.

A Life of Ministry and Faith
Leaping for joy and praising God in the womb and after birth Delilah was marked as a powerful spiritual anointing vessel. Christened as a baby with her spiritual parents, Prophetess Wiley and Minister Wiley, she lived a life devoted to ministry. Her faith was active, her prayers constant, and her love genuine. Delilah shared God's word with creativity and insight, using parables and imaginative storytelling, "symbolizing Christ Jesus, who operated in parables and imaginative storytelling" to help others understand God's divine truth on their own level. Her compassionate heart and uplifting words and prophetic insight brought light into the darkest places. Her faith, love, and generosity touched countless souls and left a lasting mark that continues to shine and brings a powerful, positive impact on everyone she encounters.

Her Spirit and Light
Delilah's always full of light, love, joy, laughter, and faith. Her smile could warm any heart and fill the whole room. She carries herself with elegance—always polished, radiant, and confident. She loved to sing, dance, pose for photos, and fills every room with energy.
Those who knows her will forever remember and cherish her cheerful visits, her playful "What luvs cooking? Who's cooking? "and will always leave with a generous plate! The joy of her presence made ordinary moments special! Delilah's life reminds us to live with love, grace, and purpose in Christ Jesus. She ministered the gospel and prayed for others with love from the heart. Her faith continues to shine through her children and through every life she touches.

Beloved Daughter, Mother, and Loved One
Above all, Delilah is known as a devoted and loving mother. Her children were the joy of her life, she always gave them all of her undivided attention, and she poured all of her heart into nurturing them with faith, laughter, and love. Most of all she loves God!

Special Remarks
Her mother, Patricia Davis Johnson (AKA Booker), lovingly called her "my best friend," saying, "She always encouraged me to stay strong in the body of Christ and was always praying for me, the children, and everyone else." Her sister, Melody Hopkins, lovingly shared,
"Dee was always fun, full of life, silly, and had the brightest smile that lit up the whole room."
